Default Complete Tune Up Question

What should be done other than engine oil & filter, plugs, wires, and an air filter for a complete tune up?

cap, rotor, fuel filter, PCV valve and depending on milage:

trans flush
diff flush
transfer case flush (if 4X4)
coolant flush
Power steering fluid flush
tire rotation
inspect brakes
inspect all rubber hoses/lines
inspect all hard vacuum lines
inspect fuel lines
inspect brake lines
grease all fittings
inspect all lights

basically, give it a good "once over", or twice over if your me!

Thanks, I'm trying to take advantage of the promotion Advance Auto Parts is running on this site. Anyone else with something possibly overlooked, I'm pretty much looking to stay with an engine tune up just to make my old 93 run a little better.
