Question Cold natured???

When I start my truck it acts like its cold natured. It idles fine but when I try to take off it jumps and acts up a little. The colder it is outside the worse it is it seems. When I let it warm up for a while it doesn't do it.(About 3 minutes) Is there something that needs to be done to fix this problem? Is this something that means that I'm going to have bigger problems later on?
