23- TP out of self test range
24- IAT out of self test range
32- EVP voltage below circuit limit
63- TP circuit below minimum voltage

KOER:
33- EGR valve opening not detected

My, but you have a can of worms!
Year & engine? Also, was the engine pre-warmed to normal operating temperature before each of the tests? The KOEO too.

No Continuous Memory Codes?

How many miles on your O2(s)?

92 5.0 e4od 129,000 miles.. from what i was told the 02 sensors have not been changed. i did the tests 5 mins after i got back from a 30 mile drive so i'm sure it was warmed up.. wasn't gonna touch my exhaust manifold to find out. i'll have to look up the continuous codes because i took a video of each run.

So the O2's are left bank/ right bank, not before & after the cat. & are original?

C/M codes would be nice if ya got em.

Steady or surging idle, at what RPM when at warm idle?

c/m are the same ones for the KOER and it looks like 23 and 11 are as well on the KOEO

I just re-read your first post. if you got an 11 first, then the ones after that "are" your C/M codes. & to that I say,"WTF"!

Procedurally, KOEO code's should be dealt w/ first, before taking on the KOER's.

Showing a Pass (11), I would clear your KAM (kept adaptive memory) by disconnecting the battery for at least 5 minutes. Put some miles on it & then re-test. We want to see what happens to the C/M codes.

But no matter what, you need to replace your O2's. as they start loosing accuracy & switching speed after 60K & are pretty pooched by 100K.

I also think a TPS & IAT (ACT) sensor replacement is in your near future.

You need to answer "all" the questions I ask (review posts) to save our time & your money.

Is that enough to start w/ or do you want me to look up the mystery codes?

Those are because you didn't move the steering wheel or do the WOT part when you were suppose to, & might be why your getting the TPS error code.

sorry i missed a couple parts of what you wrote. the o2's are left/right bank. the idle is smooth and i don't know at what RPM because i don't have a tach and can't use the digital diaplay to find the RPM. i did the WOT test right when i saw the light pop on that i was supposed to see. would you be able to look at the video and see if i screwed up? as for the steering wheel, if i read it correctly i didn't have to turn it.

73 say's you didn't rev it enough, or the TPS is pooched & is not reponsive to your rev.

52 say's you didn't move the wheel a little right, then left during the test.

I'm sh!tty at counting, so I bought one of these for $22. (Digital display w/ memory)
