Default Clutch Slave?!?!!

I think that is what it is, the thing on the drivers side fire wall with a fluid cell. Where does that vent coming off of it go, I saw them pour seafoam in it in another thread and i was like hell yeah this wont be hard at all, well i looked to see where it went and um its just hanging there, Is this supposed to be connected to the vaccuum tree on the manifold??? I know this is dumb but i really dont know, I have a 300 4.9L

what the hell are you talking about . most ppl who do the seafoam trick take the big vacuum line off the brake booster.

i think what you are talking about is not the slave but the master cylinder. the MC is located on the firwall not the slave. the slave is down towards bell housing either internal or external.

if you are not sure what you are doing simply dont do it...you can cause more harm than good...

look on the drivers side for a BIG round thingy with a vacuum line on it about 10 o'clock position...this is the vacuum line you are looking for....

personally I dont use the brake booster line...if it goes to the tree you might not even get the cylinders coated...the farthest away wont get as muchg as the closest...I prefer teh PCV line as it goes to the throttle body and that gets it all...but thats just me...

Behind the brake master cylinder is the brake booster, it's big and round and has a large vacuum hose going to it. Pull that hose and put the Seafoam in there.
