So im thinking of adding cherry bombs onto my stock exhaust, 1996 V8 f150. Anyone have any other cheap allternatives or ideas on glasspacks?

I wouldn't add it on, just cut the muffler off and put the glasspack on, just my 2 cents.

I wondered on another thread wether they still made cherry bombs.
Guess they do.
Had some long time ago on my 350 rocket v8.
Liked the sound.
Got pretty loud when they aged though.
They burped really nice.
As I recall they were mucho cheap.
Just expect they'll get louder.

im trying to keep the cat because ive also got a 94 straight 6 with true duals and glass packs and its a major head turner, think taking off the cat on a v8 would be too loud? Also they make an "extreme" muffler louder than the glasspack, wondering about that now.

Just straight pipe it, sounds better and tgese trucks are still way qyiet cuz tgere is a cat and then a resonator. I cut the muffler off and it made almost no difference, but when i cut the resonator off it was a whole lot better sounding.

I'm afraid that I've gotten to old and enjoy silence anymore.
Not the best judge.
I do know how I hate riding behind someone with really loud pipes.
Glasspacks I like better because they cruise quiet and snort when you get into it.
My opinion, of course....
