Whats the other end of it? Like what interfers with the bed? Top of the axle?

no not the axle, the top of the leaf spring, thats what your moving up with a drop shackle. hang on i'll take a pic

Oh yeah, that's close. You could always move the front spring perch to get lower. I'm going to flip both perches and put the shackle under the rear perch to lift the rear of mine, as soon as I figure out the way I will be lifting the front.

cant u get a torch to the coil springs and it lower in the front do a drop shackle and under axle conversion for the rear and put the thing on the ground?

what do you mean redrill your mount holes? its clears where its at, its just close and you can't go any higher.
torch the springs, theres a good idea

Lol yeah my thoughts exactly on the springs dixie lol. Like you see where the top of your spring mount to the bracket through that hole? Well if you wanted to go lower in the bag with the universla could you chop maybe 2 inches off the top the redrill your mount holes in the open space?

i think i gotcha, well you could but it would defeat the purpose of the drop shackle. my leaf is mounted in the top hole which is 2" of drop, the next hole down is 1" of drop and if you were to put a hole 1'' below the open one, you'd be back at the stock shackle. i think thats what your sayin, correct me if i'm wrong.
