I'm not sure what's wrong with it but the check engine light is on, here is a picture can you guys help me out?

Yeah I can help. Maybe your gas cap isn't right, try tightening it and see if that cuts it off.

Yeah I can help. Maybe your gas cap isn't right, try tightening it and see if that makes it go off

I tightened the gas cap. Still won't start. My friend thinks it's the alternator, he's knows about cars, the first 4 we put in were probably bad.

Hmmm if the gas cap didn't fix it and the alternators didn't.... Then maybe it's time for a new starter.

Your blinker fluid is also most likely low, I would consider topping it off. The reservoir often leaks at the o-ring
