Default Cant get alignment

The steering wheel has always been off center in my truck, never thought much of it because when i let my hands off the wheel it drove straight. After i did my springs and shocks, i went to go get it aligned and they said there was enough on the tie rod to do it. now the truck pulls a tiny bit to the right and my front passenger tire is starting to wear really quick. At first thought maybe the steering wheel was just put on wrong but later found out it only goes on one way. What would be my best option. steering wheel is off about 90degrees.

90deg! holly crap, take it back to the shop and tell them they messed up lol. you can adjust that in the tie rods obviously so its a relatively simple job.

Its more than just tie rods, since you did your shocks and springs your also going to have the get the camber adjusted.

Yes .. it is step one of any alignment.

Straighten the steering wheel (there is actually a tool made to hold it in this position) then you adjust the tie rod ends and adjuster sleeve till the wheels are straight. Then you hook up your alignment laser setup and 'dial it in'.

Steering wheel off center is usually a symptoms of bad tow alignment. Pulling can be as well. How are your tires wearing. I would go back to that shop and ask for the manager. There is no reason to leave a car like that.
