Default Cab Swap

Hey guys I have a quick question I am going to be putting a flatbed on my 94 F150. It's a regular cab I was wondering are the body mounts on the regular and extended cabs were the same. The extra room would be nice. Thanks

No they're not the same. The cabs are different lengths.

I know they are different lengths. I want the extra room. I need to know if the frame mounts are the same for both cab setups.

I believe the extra cab has two extra body mounts. I'm sure you could make it work, but it won't be a bolt right on deal.

Yeah I not going to go thru the trouble if it doesn't bolt on. If I was going to do that I would put a new body cab on.

a longer cab would really cut into your flatbed space anyway

The truck will really be used mostly for towing and plowing. Less bed space I can deal with.
