Wanna see a MILLER!?! Its called the big 40 diesel! I always use miller for stick welders but my mig is a Lincoln.

Right, but what happens when you have to replace something in the front end, or get in an accident, I'd rather have bolts break then the have that bumper bend the frame..IMO welding is faster and easier but bolting it up gives you the chance to put it on a next truck (if you were to sell yours and get a new one)...ive had my bumper on three of my trucks and I had no plans of taking it off my first one

Mines a bolt on to welded right now in spots to hold it from moving tell I sell it or remount it properly. I use a miller 212 autoset

I bulged the frame between the spring towers and radius arm mounts…on the test ram, 30 MPH t bone, junkyard civic, turns out the airbags don't trigger from inertia. [IMG] [/IMG]
bumper construction, 2" od tube, .200 wall, 6x1/2" brackets , 7018 stick welded built during ptsd flashback breakout , junkyard, deer, and trail tested
