The 351w does seem to be the least common motor found in the f150s of that era, but that doesn't mean it is uncommon. the E4od is probably the MOST common trans in a '94, and it was really the only auto you can find behind a later 5.8l. And of course 4x4s are everywhere.
So i'd say that the combo you listed doesn't sound like anything uncommon, but maybe there are other features on the truck that would make it "rare".

The F150 has been the best-selling vehicle in the world for about 40 years. The only "rare" ones are the Lightnings, which are also 5.8L w/E4OD.

BS. Nothing rare about a E4OD at all, very common in F150. I even had a '97 F250HD with that trans.

Perhaps it is rare being that most 94s are no longer on the road.

I had a 95 F150 with the 351/E4OD. I don’t think it was rare, I’m pretty sure all 351s came with the E4OD in that era. 302s came with AODE I believe. The 302 did seem to be more common by a pretty good margin for some reason though.

I'm sure the 351 is a lot more rare than the 302 and 300 6 cylinder in the F-150's back then!!

How bad do you want to know ?..................( www.martiauto.com ),..............He has the contract with Ford, access to all their records.
They sell ( PERSONALIZED STATISTICS REPORT ), it's $ 80.00 + shipping, it will break down the MY using your VIN, it will tell you how many trucks like yours Ford built.
I bought one for my 2011 GT500, it turned out to be " 1 of 2 ".
I bought one for my 2014 GT500, it turned out to be " 1 of 1 ".
As more of a joke I bought one for my 2017 F150, thinking there must be 20 or 30 like mine, turns out it's " 1 of 1 ".

He LOVES people like you.

My truck is probably a 1 of 1 since I ordered it. I doubt anyone ordered one with exactly the same features I did....and....so what.
