Post brake hopping

93 f-150 XLT 5.0 E4OD 4x4 3.55 limited slip gears. when i go out on the highway then when i start braking the back of my truck feels like its hopping. it doesnt do this at lower speeds in town though. you cant feel any noticeable pulsating in the brake pedal. i took it to school. pulled off my drums. started to cut them, and found out there are severe low spots. i cut them 8 or 9 times. then decided to throw on new drums so i did. brake shoes look brand new. still hops. why?? thanks in advance guys!

you could give that a shot. hopefully that doesnt just cut your whole rear braking...

The ABS sensor is for the speedometer too. Is that working correctly?

I don't have any other ideas, unless someone thinks the limited slip could be causing it.
