Try to get every bolt hole centered on its body mount. Just use a tape measure:

If it won't line out, the frame might be bent. But if it has never been wrecked, that's not likely.

After that we got everything hooked up and filled with fluids, fired her up and let her warm up to make sure the new thermostat opened up. Everything looks and sounds good. Took her for a quick lap around the shop and she shifts and runs great. Left her overnight on the concrete pad to see if any leaks show up, then I just need to throw the header panel and lights on and she is good to drive home. I'll post up pics when she is finished.
