Default Bed removal help please

Ok so tonight I got 2 of the bed nuts off. I have a 93 it has carriage bolts not torx. With a nut on the bottom side. I got all 6 broke loose but only 2 removed the rest the carriage bolts spin. So what gives? What is the trick? I tried prying the nut all the way down (with a glathead screw driver or pry bar) while loosening but it just spins. Do I need to just get a grinder after the head of the carriage bolts? I am having tank, and pump issues. Bed removal seems the easiest to do all troubleshooting and taking care of some of the rust issues while I am at it. I am convinced this was an old farm truck that saw a lot of fertilized dirt and that the under belly of the old behemoth never saw a hose or water of any kind just mud.

Cut them off with a cut off wheel and buy new ones. The holes or bolts have messed up.

Cut off wheel like dremmel or grinder. I have a drimmel but that seems way to weak. Can borrow a grinder.

Grinder the bolts should have a square piece under the head. Either that is rounded and won't hold or the whole is too big for it anymore. Either way you have to get them out so you can fix it. Cutting them off should be easy enough.

I cut mine off with a grinder when I did my body lift. I put normal bolts and nuts on to make it easier to take off again.

I kind of wondered if he had a good dremel or not when he said that. Mine would cut through those like butter and beg for more.

I bought a good used Dremmel. Electric not the cordless but, I don't think I have a cutting wheel for it. I have very few accessories. But man that one piece I tried to cut sure does shine now.

I've got a makita grinder with a cut off wheel and I used it the other day to cut through the front sub-frame on an eclipse I was working on. They're cheap and always seem to come in handy.
