Default Batterey lock???

Does anyone know how to take this damn thing off? I've never had one of these before and ,if I ever get it off, never will again

Just use whatever size socket that is with an extension. You'll probably want to put it back on after though cuz it keeps the battery from moving around.

Oh. Might be stripped then? I don't know, can you get to it with some vice grips, or from the bottom maybe? Otherwise just drill it out and replace with one that has threads.

Oh that thing. Well, mine came off just unbolting it. But I had to leave it off because for some reason the battery I was putting in was just a little too big for that thing to work right, so I stapled it down. If you can fit your hand in/under see if anything on the bottom is holding it.

Does it spin pretty easily when you try?
