Best thing to do is find a donor truck and has to be a 92-96 F150\250\350 for the matching column, pedals, mast\slave, and trans, to properly install into a 92 truck. I want very badly to do the same but I cant find a good donor truck around here, you might want to find a 250 5 spd I heard they are stronger than the 150 trans.

Are you wanting to use the ZF or M5OD? The ZF is better but you won't find one in an F150, you'll have to search the 250s and 350s. I used the M5OD but I swapped it in place of the TOD 4 speed. '88-'96 clutch pedal assembly will work if the truck had the M5OD. '88-'91 M5OD isn't as strong as the '92-'96 ones.

You won't find a ZF with the 205 case mated onto it. The 150's in these years did not have a standard behind the 351, and the ZF transmissions were after Ford switched to the BW transfer cases.

i know i wont find one all together but i know it can be done. Theres a guy on another forum with a 300 ZF NP205 combo. Plus its more fun if you build the whole thing right? lol
