Default advice

I have a 89 f-150 xlt lariat 4x4 with the straight 6 engine and borg warner granny low 4 speed manual trans... so far the mods on the truck are a 3 inch lift, 31x10.50 15 tires, k and n air filter,33 inch thrush glass pack and down pipe to get it out the side, after market audio system,(trying to figure out subs), I've replaced all the lights with led bulbs, blacked out the rims, and put fog lights on, it came with the windows tinted, window shields and nerf bars...
What im looking for advice on is possible colors for paint, subwoofer setups that would work well in the truck, aftermarket add ons that would help with looks...stuff like that...any and all ideas are welcome
Thanks

1) put the fog lamps inside the grill and or a billet grill.

2) To keep your interior color, a 2 tone Black/Maroon/Black paint scheme would look pretty cool.

3) check on a possible "Euro" style headlight/marker light for the '89.

4) 1 JBL 12" sub woofer or decent sub woofer tube/rocket behind the seat with it's own sub woofer amp. (how many watts is up to how loud you want it, but 300 watt should be more than enough.) Be sure to use a good brand (gold if possible) heavy #10 gauge wire from the head unit to behind the seat and for the love of pete fuse it! (though the wire is rated for more, fuse at 20 amp) Use all gold connectors. (yeah the gold stuff cost a bit more, but worth it for a better sound system.

5) lose the stainless plate on the tailgate (I always hated that look lol)

6) front pushbar/winch etc?

my $0.02 for ya.

I've got a 10 in sub with a 300 watt amp and 2 6x9s in boxes behind my seat and it sounds purdy good. Doesn't rattle yer brains out but that's how I like it. HID headlights arnt a bad idear, got those on mine. Where'd you get LED bulbs for it? Daytime pics would help too...not real easy to see what you've got there.

I picked up the led lights at a bosselmans truck stop but you can get them on ebay for a little cheaper...I paid like $16 each where on ebay u can get a pair for around $25 including shipping...
As to paint I also think the black and maroon would look good and Im working on getting a billet tube style grille...found some badass euro style tails on ebay for $40 that imma order...
As to sterio system im leaning more twords a single 10 and some good door speakers and possibly some tweeters...and I do agree on the gold terminals...better quality better sound compaired to the ****ty zinc plated pot metal...
Thanks guys for ur replys

Actually I retract my original Billet Grille, check this one out on page 9, but enjoy the "getting there" process of the entire thread.

those are actually stock wheels for the 86-90 models...8 inch wide 15 inch diamater...they were grey when i got the truck but i like the look of black a lil better... if you wanna find some locally go to www.car-part.com and enter 1989 ford f150 and your zip code and state then go to wheel/with image...its pretty much a database of all junk yards
