Default AC fan doesn't work.

ac fan doesn't work anymore. is this hard to fix at all? what would i need to do? the AC and heat work fine. just doesn't "blow" the air out.

Fan is relatively simple to replace, accessible from the engine compartment.

Suggest first to check the voltage at the fan motor - other possibilities are a failed fan motor resistor module, or a problem with the fan speed switch on the HVAC controls, then there's always a blown fuse or similar issue.

i may want to try a fuse first. since i don't have my manual (didn't come with it when i got the truck) or a service manual. which fuse is it if you know? i would rather start small, but this has happened before to this truck with the previous owner but i just can't remember what it was exactly.

you might be able to tell just by looking at the fuses with a flashlight(without removing) or just pull em all and check em. also check your connector if its corroded then that could 'f' it up

The fuses are identified on the back side of the fuse panel cover.

what would it be. it's getting cold and the heat is a little slow at warming my truck. i miss my beast heater motor. could it be the resistor, fuse, or fan motor?

unplug the blower, see if its getting power, if its not, its a fuse or something before that, if it does have power its the blower
