Nothing pointing to the coolant leak to oil system? That's weird... Look for some different color spots - they must be there

Sure you can do something like this with the knock sensor, but what you are doing is bypassing the knock sensor. Now you will be running without the sensor so the computer won't be able to control the engine timing accurately, which is why you shouldn't use gears. If you get detonation the computer won't know this and alter the timing, and you will eventually blow a hole in a piston if it is bad enough.

Check the heads carefully for cracks, particularly around and in between the valves. They can be very tiny and hard to see, but if they go to a water jacket they will leak.

i wire wheeled the hole head shinny and i didnt see anything at all so i painted them and turn them upside down and i put gas in all the heads to find out if any leak

i stoped checking when i got 30 psi in the 5th one it has all new headgaskets and they wasnt the cheap one eathere does anyone know what would make that happen i changed the timing chain to and i think i got it lined up right

the dots should point at each other on the cam and crank gear. Is it possible that youre off 180.

if i was off 180 wouldnt the valves hit the top of the number one pistion ?

you would think, but my friend installed his both straight up it and it ran like crap. It made like no vacuum and died out in gear.

It doesn't matter if the cam is 180 out, since it turns once for every 2 turns of the crank it will line up when the crank comes around the second time. The only problem will be if you put the distributor in 180 out because the cam wasn't in the proper position.
