Average compression is good. But you have to replace the head gasket anyway

those look o.k. to me, I don't think you need to change head gaskets.

Timing gear kits won't work on fuel injected vehicles because the knock sensor detects the noise and thinks the engine is detonating or preigniting. This causes the computer to alter timing.

Look at 1-4 cyl - the compression is 140. At cylinders 5-8 it's 150 except for №5 with 130. My guess is that there's a crank in that head gasket.

Have you changed your lower intake recently? I noticed water i figured that you were talking trail water. I guess you're talking about coolant? Thats why I was thinking it was something other than the head or intake gasket or the timing cover being the culprit. how much coolant are you talking about a ounce or a pint?

Cylinder compressions will vary engine to engine and cylinder to cylinder. Your readings for 7 & 8 are the same. This points to a head gasket blown between those two cylinders.
