Possible drive shaft binding, check pitch, or just check ujoints.

Did you replace you coolant temp sensor? That has a big impact on your fuel mileage. Also check the timing, you can safely bump it to 13-13.5 without detonation. Also check the idle air control, if the vehicle still runs with it unplugged it's bad or needs cleaned. You can check the egr to see if it holds vacuum, if it doesn't it's bad and would cause a huge vacuum leak in the engine. I'm stating this assuming you've checked the standard plugs, wires, cap, rotor. As far as the vibration at a sustained 1200, could be the torque converter, some times they will shutter in between gears. I'd check the fluid and maybe have it flushed and add some BG ATC on fill up.

First your saying tire/suspension, now ignition. Do error code scans. If your not sure, maybe the ECU has a clue. Not starting a new thread can be confusing if your now talking about something different!

triple check and make sure ur coil wire is pushed on all the way in the dist. and coil pack, mine kept push back off cuz i lubed them up and created a air tight seal and the air pocket pushed back and i didn't notice it at first till after i pushed on every plug wire and found out what that sneaky coil wire was doing

You have to twist them as you push down. Even then, you can sometimes watch them levitate back off. But once their on, their not going anywhere!
