Spammer? Does stating that there are a group of people who print the United States currency out of thin air which was no longer backed by gold since 1933 and then there are the group who work 9-5 to obtain this ink in paper, make me a "spammer," also?

US currency used to say before the gold confiscation act of 1933, "Redeemable in gold on demand at the United States Treasury or in gold or lawful money at the Federal Reserve Bank"

Now what does US currency say? "This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private."

I'd be more than happy to scan the definition of "note" out of the Black's Law dictionary if you would like.
It's not money because the definition of money is something of value. Maybe the value of the ink and paper it was printed on.

Believe what you want, that's your right.

Look at the return springs on the throttle body. When I was reassembling the intake manifold on a 92' F-150 351, one of the springs managed to overlap itself.

This caused the throttle to stick until the pedal was "tapped" as you described. Check the spring, if that's not the case, pop off the throttle cable and check it for binding.
