FORScan - software to enable/disable features in your truck
Livnitup another topic that you may want to consider adding to the Tutorial FAQs...
- I currently have a 3rd party device (Amp Research Power Steps) connected to the vehicles OBD-II port via an OBD-II T-connection. Will using FORScan to read/save/write to the vehicles modules damage the 3rd part device that is connected to the OBD-II port or should the 3rd party device be disconnected from the OBD-II port while using FORScan?

Where is the list of acronyms showing what each module name stands for? Doesn't IPC stand for Instrument Panel Cluster?
Also, is there a module for the steering wheel buttons?

Forscan will give you a listing when you read your modules
No specific module for the steering wheel buttons. I would hazard a guess that they are linked to the APIM
The steering wheel buttons are in the SCCM (Steering Column Control Module)
