I prefer my one-off mount that utilizes one of the visors screws. I didnt need any extra drilling into my truck at all.

Cool mount Summers!

FWIW the dash pod does not require any mounting at all. It clips onto that part of the dash and leaves no mark when you take it off.

I am in the middle of changing trucks and am taking my Gryphon with me. There is no evidence in my 2004 FX4 that it was ever on the dash

Thanks! I had the dash mount but couldn't stand that it didn't match perfectly. Took some metal one day and started bending it with my vice and bam, my mount was made.
