Default Squeaking transmission

96 F150 4.9 5spd 166k miles I've replaced and recently greased u joints but have a squeak that seems like it's coming from rear of transmission. It starts after driving a couple of miles and is getting progressively louder as time goes on. I had the clutch and throw out replaced 2yrs ago. The sound of the squeak doesn't seem to increase with speed, I lifted the rear end and put into gear and it's definitely coming from the rear of the trans. The seal is good. Any suggestions as to what problem may be?? Going crazy with squeak squeak...

Pull the drive shaft and put it in gear to be certain it isn't the ujoint, put a bucket under the output shaft.
