Default Chrome Issue

Hi,
When I purchased my '95 F150 Eddie Bauer (in 2011), I think the dealership thought they better polish it up first.
The trucks great but whatever they used seems to have dulled the chrome trim around the windshield and more important, the brush style chrome across the tail gate.
Any suggestions or products to bring these back to life??
Thanks

go to CT and look for a can of Nev-r-dull it's blue with red writing. It looks like a wad of furniture stuffing, but it works awesome.

Thanks Macka,
I'll give it a try if I can find it.

The windshield trim has a clear coating on it, which is harder than paint, I had good luck with taking mine off and buffing it on a wheel with mother's mag and aluminum polish.

Thanks I might try popping the trim off as you suggested as I seem to have a "slight" leak there anyway and I can seal it off.

You ll need the trim removal doohickey, or a copy or the one on the right, made by grinding an old table knife, ask the guys at your local body shop or glass shop for techniques, really easy to do, kinda hard to explain.

We use Never Dull frequently in the navy. That stuff works wonders on polishing all sorts or metals! Before and after pics?
