Default Air conditioning

I have a 1992 F-150 XLT lariat 4x4 with a 5.0 and automatic. I converted the a/c to 134a years ago. Last summer the compressor went out and i replaced it with a new compressor, accumultor, orifice tube filter and evaporator, (orafice tube filter was cause of evaporator replacement). It call for 44oz of R-12 so that should be 33 oz of r134a. I put 34oz in it and the low side is running 55lbs and the high side is running 350lbs and it does not cool. I added the r134a slowly and it never started getting very cold. I vacuumed it down to 30 inches for 30 min before charging it. Any ideas what is wrong

Thanks Stan

Fan clutch working properly? If not the heat will cause head pressure to rise in the comp. I'm by no means an AC expert but that's something we always check in the shop.
