Default Window motor

Can someone explain the process of changing a window motor on a 94 I've attempted to take the door panel off twice now and can not figure how to get the old one out and the new one in. Thanks a bunch.

Watch that, you don't need to use snips like this guy did, I just drilled out the dimple (you will notice a dimple where that guy has a big hole in the middle of the panel) with a bit that was big enough for the socket to fit through (I think 5/8 or 3/4 is what I used but just compare the circumference of your socket to that of the drill bit, you don't need to go much bigger than the socket), for the two bolts that you can half see just use a wrench.
