Power Distribution Box

I have two 1994 Ford F150's one has 5.8L and the other has a 5.0L I am switching the motors but I can't figure out how to disconnect the power distribution plug on the engines.

The main harness and the engine harness are joined right near the power dist. box. There's a bolt that holds the plugs together (10?mm)
