Default What is this plug?!?

Like title says what is this plug for I've plugged it in and don't see a change so I unplugged it since that's how it was when I got it lol.

First one plugs into the door chime/buzzer, second one looks like a trailer brake controller plug or something similar

I agree. The grey one is the OE chime:

The chime is probably still attached to the dash directly above the loose connector, but I don't see it in the 2nd pic. I see some other loose non-factory connectors, though...

The white 3-wire might be an aftermarket brake controller connector, based on the screw holes in the knee bolster above it.
