Question about testing wiper motor
Ive been doing some trouble shooting trying to diagnose my wiper problem. Again, the switch works, and I hear clicking at the module by the glove box. I still have two questions
Is there a fuse under the hood, aside from the one in the dash fuse box?
and the other is, When i turn the wipers on, and try to move the wiper arm to try and move them, they wont budge, at all. Do yalls motors move by hand, im trying to see if the motor is seized.

The wipers won't actually manually move, but sometimes when "stuck" you can loosen them by hand. If you have clicking then you are getting power, you just need to verify that there is power at the motor with a multimeter or test light. If you have power at motor then motor is bad, if not (with switch on) then your issue is with the wiring.

I was having issues w my tester so I just unplugged the motor n went to auto part store, asked to take new wiper motor outside n plugged it in. I cycled the wiper switch and all is good. Installed it in less then 45 min
