Default Power door lock

Driver side not working, pass side ok, I checked the drivers side switch, tests ok, new actuator, tested and working, didnt check the pass switch, all wires look good, could the passenger side switch be bad? Or should I look elsewhere?

Did you check for power at the actuator plug?

I am getting 12v +\- when switched on one wire, but millivolts on the other, I will swap the window switches from my other truck and see what happens, hopefully it is that simple.

Those two wires flip flop between ground and power depending on which way the switch is pressed.
