Fuel pump?

Fuel pump?
the other day I put gas in my '92 and it took a while to get it to start afterwards. I can still hear my fuel pump when I turn the switch on but it sounds different. Once the truck starts it runs fine and I haven't had any problems. Anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be?

Sometimes a cold pump works better than a hot one.
Or your injectors or pressure regulator could be bleeding fuel into the engine and flooding it after you shut it off.
Those things could be figured out if you had a fuel pressure gauge (tester).
It also may not be fuel related at all - but that's the place to start.
Actually, pulling the codes is the place to start.
