electrical problem
93 f150 5.0 only things in cab that are working is the windows, lighter and ignition switch. no dash lights, wipers, radio, dome light or gauges, not sure on a/c blower. can't find no bad wires anywhere. i did get a new ecm and no difference which was for another problem and it didn't cure that either. ecm was wet and rusted. all wire connections seem to be dry but i'm missing something. hope someone has some thoughts.
ecm is the right one and more then likely a waste of money cause i'm looking at a intake and carb for it now. i'll be crawling under the dash looking for the grounds but at this point the rest of the wiring looks good. fuses are all good.
yes the motor will crank but runs like crap, almost like the drivers bank isn't. i'm down in my back at the moment but i need to get under the dash to try to find the grounds to see if they are bad. he has a leak somewhere in there that caused the ecm to be wet and rusted. i was hoping when i got the new ecm it would cure the problems but it didn't help any at all. i'm about a inch away to putting aftermarket gauges, a tach and carburetor on this thing. every fuse i have pulled under dash and under hood are good, but i have not tested the relays yet. i'm bringing my multi meter home today. my grandson is supposed to get a noid light today and check to see if he is getting pulse at the injectors. so hope to know something there tonight.

what is the gray fuse looking piece in the outside fuse box? it will not ohm one way and ohms funny the other way. one blade is turned sideways from the other and the top is cut at a angle. wish i had took a pic of it.
