95 F150 4.9 300 I6 5speed won't fire.
I have a 95 with a 4.9 300i6 5speed with 79k on it. Bought the truck had it for about two weeks and it died one day going to work( I was driving the truck spit then ran good and spit again then died) When i bought the truck the motor would always turn over a couple times before it fired but ran great after wards. Once it died I checked the fueses and the big 30amp fuse for the fuel pump was blown so replaced and I noticed that when I turn the key I didnt hear the fuel pump prime like I used to hear it before . So figured it was fuel pump(replaced it) and still nothing. Getting no spark or fuel pressure now unless I bypass the fuel pump relay then I get 60p with key on .
LIST OF PARTS I REPLACED
-ignition coil & ignition control module
-PCM (The main computer)
I hated to sell the truck I just got it but cant figure out what it could be

That & everything else about the truck needs to be in your signature:
(phone app link)Did you track down what caused the fuse to blow? Are you talking about just turning the key to RUN, or do you mean after releasing the key from START back to RUN?
That's called a "guess". Stop replacing parts until one fails a published test. Then stop trying. Buy a Haynes manual, READ IT (cover-to-cover at least once so you know what's in it & how to find things), and then diagnose, instead of figgerin'.

If you suspect an ignition system fault (which is possible, but not precisely indicated by your description), follow the procedure in this caption:

--I found a wire from the fuel pump to the trip switch on the passenger side kicker panel(it was not trip the button was still engaged) that was grounded out so I replaced it and the fuse.
-When I first got the truck and just turn the key to run NOT start I used to hear the fuel pump prime for a couple seconds and after the truck died I don't hear anything anymore.

Then it's not likely an ignition system fault.
