95 F-150 Power lock closes but does not open via remote?
I have a 95 F-150 that does not open via the remote but closes. Any ideas on how I could go about fixing this issue? Should I reprogram a new remote lock? I recently purchased the truck so I'm not too sure about the history of it.

If the remote does ANYTHING, it's programmed. It's possible the unlock button has failed, but they sometimes just get dirty. Pull the guts out of the case, hold the battery in-place on the back of the PC board, and use tweezers (or some other conductive tool) to bridge the unlock switch's solder tabs. If the truck unlocks, the problem is inside that switch. If it still doesn't unlock, the problem is in the truck.
Those remotes are available on Amazon & eBay, and sometimes at local parts stores. You can buy just the guts, just the case, just the battery, or the whole fob. The captions in this photo album explain how to identify & program fobs:
