Hopefully someone can identify this. I have a 1996 and found this lying on the floor on the driver's side next to the transfer case shifter. I looked under the dash but couldn't find where it came from.
It activates the ejection system. When you get into trouble, you pull it, the roof flies off and you get sent high into the air where your parachute eases you safely to the ground....
