Default Dash cluster/ Tachometer

I have a 1994 f150 5 speed and the cluster comes with no tach. how would i go about replacing that? i would also like to maybe paint the trim around the cluster and add red LED lights behind it instead of the ugly green. Thanks

'94-'95 cluster will work. '92-'93 can be made to work. The green is a bitch to get off.
