Default 1996 F150 E-Bauer Supercab Problems

Hello F-150ers
Two locking problems with my buddy.

1) The driver's seat lock won't engage so I have to drive with my left foot (automatic-shift) pretty stiff to keep the seat in place while driving. Will the entire seat need to be replaced?
2) The driver's seat seat-belt won't stay locked. The male part goes in and if I jiggle it around it'll stay caught until I reach forward to update the GPS. What needs to be replaced?

Will an IQ frequently above room temperature be sufficient?

Many thanks

Check that the latches and springs on the seat rail are intact and aren't stuck. As for the seat belt I had the same problem and replaced the buckle twice to fix the same problem. You can get a used one from another truck.
