Default radiator support

hi guys
had my new (to me ) 91 f150 in the workshop today
and ive noticed some mounts from the chassis to the front panel, i think its called the radiator support, are serverly rusted
the chassis side is ok
is it a case of removing the front end parts and replacing this panel ?
ive tried looking online for replacements and im having a hard time accurately finding the correct part
i was thinking about removing the panel and welding it up
but if a replacement is cheap enough i'll go with that
any suggestions on good places to buy parts in the uk would be great
ive stripped the passengers door today to look at the window motor is getting its feeds but isnt working
and ive unhooked the central locking drive which was broken and jamming the door from locking manually
any advice on the front panel would be greatly appreciated, going to strip it out soon
thanks chris

You can buy aftermarket ones for anywhere from 100 to 250 (plus taxes and shipping), but they are very light (thin metal) and nowhere near as high quality as original equipment.
If it's possible to repair the one you have, that's the better way to go.

Careful of your height. If you add any thickness to the bottom of the rad support (core support, rad saddle) you'll have to subtract it from the support cushions it sits on.
If you raise the rad support up, it could make it hard to line up your fenders with the doors, so you want it to stay at the right height.
If you follow that.
