So I've done some research on here about smoked headlights and I can't seem to find anything so here's my question:

I'm looking for smoked headlights for my 89 4x4 and after checking eBay I can't seem to find any for the 87-91 models. Does anybody know of anywhere to get them? Helps much appreciated!!

 

There aren't any.

 

You may have to go back to ebay and get the headlight film. Polish your headlights real good, get you a $20 heat gun from harbor freight and the film from ebay and cover your lenses. You could use spray on tint for the head and tail lights, but the reviews aren't real good for that product. The spray on tends to crack in short order.

 

It's illegal and reduces your visibility. No reason to waste your money.

 

It is illegal. However, you can do a light tint and higher power bulbs with a wiring upgrade and not lose any output over stock. Blackouts are the primary focus of most police departments. I liked smoked headlight housings where the reflector is tinted and not the lens. Unfortunately, that's a lost cause for those year models.
