So I bought this f150 I had intentions of restoring it I knew the risks when I bought it... Took the truck to Firestone and they said I needed a new frame I was going to use some rust oleum on it later when it was warmer is this saveable?

Welcome to the site!
May go for a second opinion, preferably from someone or a place with more experience in vehicle structure, such as a body shop type.
Offhand, not really seeing any show-stopper stuff, but my experience and looking at these pics aren't something I'd use as a decision point for dumping a wad of cash into something. Also, what kind of restoration are you looking for - a show piece, or a dependable good-looking daily driver...?
Good luck, hopefully others with more background will chime in.

I sure as hell wouldn't believe anything 'Firestone' says. In my area, they are the biggest ripoff company around

This truck, likely has another couple of decades (or more), of life left in it as a nice daily driver. Enjoy!

Shane, I wouldn't trust what Firestone says. They are lazy and I am surprized they didn't tell you they would fix it--of course for some outlandish price. If you can tap on the metal and it is solid, or isn't flaking all the way through, you are pretty good to go. You didn't mention what year and your signature doesn't say. If it is a older model, like most on this forum, that is typical rusting. I have an '89 and '92 that is as solid as when built.
