Default Removing Fender

Hi
so got all the bolts out of my drivers side fender but still hung up at the front.Looks like 2 small studs that are coming through the fender but when I look at them from inside, they are are not screws or bolts or anything I can remove
here is a pic so I am hoping someone knows what I am talking about

Those are alignment dowels, crimped to the headlight panel of the core support, protruding through the fender & the plastic reinforcement. The fender is captive on them between the core support & reinforcement. They're NOT clearly shown in these diagrams:

The reinforcement must be removed before the fender.

I can see that 13C136 is somehow still attached. Did you shatter the headlight door or turn signal housing?

No,didn’t shatter but the bolt in behind started turning and the stud came out of the housing with the boltm8n behind still in tact
the housing is fine just no studs
one video I see on you tube has this guy changing his fender and he just sawed off those 2 rivets in the fender and was going to replace with nuts and bolts on the new

I'm sure you can find YT videos of guys doing even-dumber $#!+ than that. Please DON'T feel like you have to imitate them. It's much easier to do the job right.

Put some vise-grips GENTLY on the widest diameter of that stud while you finish backing the nut off. You can do that very easily after the reinforcement is removed. Then put a drop of super-glue or threadlocker on the plastic threads, and put the stud back into the blinker housing correctly.

I guess I was pretty vague
see this pic is where it is hung up.The bolt right there connecting the front trim to the fender is out but looks like there is still the fender side hung up on a support
