Alcoa wheels

Hi can some one please tell me the correct lug nuts to use with Alcoa rims 1994 f150 4.9 4x4

So the flat one with the washer that goes on Mags would be the correct one ?

No, it would be the ones in the link I sent you with the tapered bottom that goes up against the rim.

Ok got it and do you torque them down the same amount as steel rim

I torque mine at 100 ft-lbs.
