Default wont shift while running

so here is the issue.. 94 f150 4.9l 4x4. Dropped 4x4 and trans and replaced clutch and pressure plate. Drove great for about 3 weeks no slipping or noise. All of a sudden the clutch started engaging really close to floor then I couldn't get it into gear while stopped. once start moving shifts fine. its just while stopped. shifts fine while off or moving. Don't really want to remove 4x4 and trans again. slave is pushing pressure plate prongs proper amount and no leakage of fluid. If I installed clutch disc backwards would it drive fine for 3 weeks? What could be other issue?

Clutch disk should not be an issue, sounds like a master\slave issue.

ya im gona bleed it and see i it gets better. fluid level hasnt gone down and dont see any leaks so it might have just taken 3 weeks for an air pocket to get pushed into the slave.
