Unhappy starting problems when hot

hey everyone

i bought a ford f150 from 1995
when the engine is really hot like when i drove for more than 15 min. and let it stand in the sun for a while the engine has a hard time starting, if i use starterfluid i can keep it going but that is not really a good idea all the time

i did a code check on the EEC-4 and i have a code 311 and 334 anyone an idea what i could be??
thank you for your time
