1994 5 speed manual clutch went to floor and is now stuck

While shifting i pressed in the clutch and it pushed it to the floor and it stayed there. It will not come up and you can not pull it up. Any ideas?

Check teh clutch master cylinder

look threw the inspection hole at your pressure plate. see if its stuck disengauged
