Default replace 1-2 shifting forks

I have a 1994 F-150 4.9 liter inline 6. I love this truck but I need something more reliable. Anyways, before I sell it, the 1st and 2nd shift fork is worn, and barly can put it in 1st. I know where I can get one but how do I replace it?

4 speed (with OD, so 5) mazda tranny.

Knock out the roll pin, remove shift rail plug, don't let the spring and ball bearing fly across the room.

Easy as it gets, just punch out the pins on the rail.

Default Update

So after a couple days I did indeed get my shifting fork replaced. And a few months after the clutch. I still have the truck and she is strong. So IDK, she grew on me. Plus I got a car now, so if something happens I still have a backup.
