First step, look.
Small leak? You cant see it?
In the front on engine? Radiator?
Rear of engine? Whereabouts is it?

Most auto part stores will rent out a pressure tester that comes with the correct adapter for your radiator, you could also add a uv dye to the coolant and fins the leak with a blacklight.

The system needs to be pressure tested. Many parts stores will loan what is needed with a deposit or you can buy one for keeps.

Amazon Amazon

I would pay special attention to the weep hole on the under side of the water pump.

Ed is right - the first step is ALWAYS visual inspection. For a puddle under the truck, look straight above to see where it's dripping from. THEN follow the leak path forward & up to the leak source - DO NOT assume it's leaking out from where it's dripping off, which is RARELY the case.

When you need a tool, try searching Amazon for it first:
Amazon Amazon
Even if you don't buy it there, it can be informative.
