I went with Delphi from Rock Auto on my fuel pumps. I figure they're high quality.

I see failures with all brands
I have gotten bad pumps out of AC Delco boxes over the GM parts counter so often, I will not install a new GM pump without testing it first
I have replaced so many new Ford pumps in Taurus that I can do them in the dark in 40 minutes
Mercedes pumps are no better, fail regularly
